How does The Festive Pillow Membership work?
Faced with storage troubles and ever-changing seasons, Switcharoom aims to solve seasonal throw pillow issues with our first product, The Festive Pillow. Membership includes four seasonally curated pillow covers - one surprise design shipped to you each season.
As a subscription program, our covers are meant to be a fun surprise delivered to your home each season!
Where are your pillow covers from?
We curate our quality covers from experienced designers, local businesses, and custom design manufacturers.
Hint: We also work with the same manufacturers as big box home decor stores do to ensure quality and trending designs. We really love our custom pillows, each one marked with our Switcharoom logo.
Will I receive the same covers as my neighbor?
Nobody wants to walk into a house and see their same decor on display! We try our best to provide unique pillow covers across the country during each season and pay special attention to customers in the same zip code.
Do you accept returns?
As a subscription program, our covers are meant to be a fun surprise delivered to your home each season! We do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue.

What is your shipping schedule? When should I expect to receive my order?
Our shipping schedule can be found below or on the Membership page.
Seasonal Shipping Schedule:
Summer - June, July, August (1 cover seasonal cover shipped to you during the last two weeks of May)
Autumn - September, October, November (1 seasonal cover shipped to you during the last two weeks of August)
Winter - December, January, February (1 seasonal cover shipped to you during the last two weeks of November)
Spring - March, April, May (1 seasonal cover shipped to you during the last two weeks of February)
Will you be launching new products?
Pillows are the easiest way to switch up a room for the seasons, and why we decided to launch The Festive Pillow first!
Our goal at Switcharoom is to make it effortless and affordable to switch out seasonal home decor without having to worry about storage space.
We are just getting started.
I'm a student, do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Our owner, Morgan, found it challenging to purchase and store seasonal decor while in college - which was the start of Switcharoom.
Please email orders@switcharoom.com a picture of your Student ID or email us using your .edu email for a personal 20% off discount code!
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go! Please email memberships@switcharoom.com to cancel your subscription.
Note: Whether you paid seasonally or annually, your subscription is for 4 pillow covers / year. Memberships renew until cancelled. Once confirmed by Switcharoom, your subscription will end and you will not be charged after you've received your last pillow cover.
Do I have to purchase a Festive Pillow Form/Insert?
The Festive Pillow Covers are manufactured to fit The Festive Pillow Form perfectly.
If you do not purchase the Festive Pillow Form, the covers may fit any 18"x18" or 20"x20" pillow form but is not guaranteed.
